I had a bit of trouble with the fit at first, but I have to say, the customer service was top-notch – they really went above and beyond to help. After asking a few questions, they sent me the correct fitting, and now everything works perfectly. I've only been using it for a few days, so I can't speak to its effectiveness just yet, but I'm remaining hopeful. I would definitely give this company a big thumbs up and recommend them to others.

Super easy to install!!

My water has always needed filtering/standing or it tastes fowl - like chlorine (but apparently it's within "acceptable" standards). Fed up with jugs of water on the worktop, I bought one of these.
Immediately there was water that I can drink out of the tap. Water that tastes wonderful in its non-taste! I am now a fan.

The filter was easy to install and the difference in taste is remarkable. Without any chlorine, the water tastes much softer. The tap maintains good pressure as well. I've only been using it for a week, so I haven't had to change the filter yet, but I feel it's good value for money. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase!

I am absolutely thrilled with this filter! Finally, I can enjoy cleaner water without the need for a large jug in my fridge and expensive cartridges. Despite my rather small taps, it required a bit of finesse to install, but it's now doing the job wonderfully.
